In 1936, Attorney Ralph G. Hoffman (1910–1994) established the law practice that is now known as Hoffman, Comfort, Offutt, Scott & Halstad, LLP in Westminster. Service to our clients as well as to the community in which we live and work has always been our hallmark. In addition to meeting our professional responsibilities, we encourage our attorneys to participate in civic and charitable organizations. Today, the firm consists of six attorneys and has produced several past presidents of the Carroll County Bar Association.
